As a system integrator we feel it is necessary to give our customers the complete package. If your machine needs a mechanical change to meet your changing needs we now offer mechanical design. We can design, prototype, manufacture, build, and install changes to your machine. Add on top our ability to fully integrate the change into your PLC and you have the complete package from Tic Toc Technologies.
Collaboration
With all the solid modeling software out there we have chosen OnShape as our preferred software for mechanical design. This software allows us to easily share the design with our customers. Customers can see the progress of the design in real time and make notes that Tic Toc Technologies can receive and respond to. As a cloud based software you, as the customer, can even see the design with your smart phone or tablet when on the go. The need to share files back and forth, or having web based screen sharing meetings is no longer necessary to review the design.
Rapid Prototyping
It is more cost effective to test out challenging designs by prototyping it first. Tic Toc Technologies utilizes our own 3D printer to make sure the design meets our customer's needs before releasing the part to manufacturing.
